Thanks for using Validation App. These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and Essential Softwares, d/b/a Validation App ("we", "us"), covering your use of our website, customer portal, API, and documentation (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use. Supplemental terms posted on the Site are incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. You represent that registration information you submit is true and accurate, that you will comply with applicable laws, and that you will not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes or through automated abuse.

Paid services bill per the plan and quota shown at checkout. You agree to provide current account and payment information. Prices may change; recurring charges continue until you cancel per your plan terms.

We grant a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our software and services as provided. The Site and content are provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as described in these Terms.

You agree not to use the Site to send unsolicited email, to scrape or misuse user data, to circumvent security, or to compete with our services using data obtained from the Site. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Essential Softwares Validation App ("we") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy applies to information collected through our website, portal, API, and related services.

We collect information you provide when registering (such as name, email, and credentials), payment-related data processed by our payment providers, and email addresses you submit for verification. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage information needed to operate and secure the Site.

We use this information to create and manage accounts, provide verification services, bill subscriptions, send service and marketing communications (where permitted), improve the product, and comply with law. You may opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers who assist hosting, payments, and operations under contractual safeguards, and when required by law. Our primary processing infrastructure is in the EU (Frankfurt region) unless otherwise stated.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data where feasible.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Contact savar@validationapp.com for requests. If you disagree with this policy, please discontinue use of the Site.

We have zero tolerance for unsolicited commercial email ("spam"). Accounts used to verify non-permission-based lists may be terminated.

You may only verify email addresses that have opted in to receive communications from you, including sign-up forms, point-of-sale opt-in, or equivalent consent mechanisms.

Purchased lists may not be used with Validation App regardless of claimed permission status.

For users in the European Economic Area, we process personal data in line with the GDPR. Our infrastructure is designed with privacy in mind: verification data is handled per your plan retention settings, and you may request deletion of account data.

Uploaded email addresses may be hashed in system layers except where you download results. You can delete data under your control; otherwise we remove it per our retention schedule.

Where Validation App processes personal data on your behalf as a processor, our Data Processing Addendum supplements these Terms. It describes roles, subprocessors, security measures, international transfers, and assistance with data subject requests.

Enterprise customers may request a signed DPA by contacting savar@validationapp.com.

We use essential cookies for session authentication and preferences (including language and theme). Analytics cookies are optional and off by default.
