Account & settings

Control your profile, localization, security, and notifications from the Settings tab in the dashboard.

Settings sections

  • Profile update your display name and review your account details.
  • Localization set your currency, country, and industry — these affect pricing and recommendations.
  • Security change your password; we recommend a strong, unique passphrase.
  • Preferences choose your theme, language (English or French), and email notification options.

Changing your email address

For security, your account email cannot be changed from the dashboard. Open a support ticket and our team will migrate your account.

Notifications

Enable email notifications to be alerted when a bulk scan finishes, so you do not have to keep the dashboard open while large lists process.

The Support tab has FAQs and a ticket form covering billing, API, bugs, and feature requests. We respond by email.
